IBM has standardized on the "Web service" capitalization as well.

Dave Hollander and I are tracking this discussion, and will be happy to
suggest that the WSA documents incorporate whatever you decide on this.

Since no obvious consensus has emerged, maybe we should just poll both WG's
at the next set of telcons and go with whichever gets the most votes.  Or
by
email, or whatever ... this isn't exactly worth taking a LOT of time over
:-)
