Or are you asserting that REST doesn't require the distinction between discovery and invocation if messages are "visible"? Or is using SOAPAction a best practice that you suggest we advocate? Anyway, to drag the poor horse out for another flogging, it would be very helpful to have this discussion framed by proposed text for the WSA document.
