WS-Reliability - in tune with S010?

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has looked at WS-Reliability yet. It seems to
me that the WS-Reliability proposal is more or less in line with the
S010 Usage Scenario.

It extends S010 somewhat in that it provides additional reliability
processing parameters.  What do people think?   WS-Reliability has not
been submitted to a standards body yet but can be viewed at:
