Toward a more precise and accurate discussion of Discovery

Here's a blurb for my timeslot at the F2F.

DavidB will explain the work he's done[0] to more precisely and accurately 
address our description of "Discovery".  Background: Hugo [1] and DavidB 
[2] have both expressed concern about the role of the "Discovery" in our 
architecture draft.  In particular: that the discovery section is written 
from a technology point of view, rather than from the point of view of 
exposing a problem; that the diagrams and descriptions are unclear or 
ambiguous (and in some cases quite misleading); that people see the 
triangle diagram and think "discovery=UDDI"; and in general that the 
document places too much emphasis on a "discovery role" that is often not 
relevant.  In response, David spent a few months (during the choreography 
discussions) analyzing several very general scenarios from an information 
point of view, thinking through exactly what information is needed by whom 
in each of the scenarios.
