Sorry, Adobe

Obviously I don't know how to drive Acrobat very well.  It turns out
that if you click on the "Text Select Tool" icon it enables the copy
function.  My apologies to Adobe.  Incidentally, it was not an employee
of Adobe that pointed this out to me, so you obviously have plenty of
fans.
