The glossary already defines "SOAP intermediary" separately, which is a
good thing IMO, because a SOAP intermediary is less general than a
vanilla intermediary.

My only original comment is on "system entity".  There's an editorial
comment asking about the relationship to a component.  It appears to
me as though a system entity *is* a component, so I'd suggest
consolidating the two under "component".
