New draft for F2F (and list) review

Hi,
 
Here's an updated draft of the refactored document.  The purpose of this document is to discuss the changes in format and approach reflected in the refactoring.  There will be a presentation and discussion on the document Thursday morning at the F2F.
 
There's still a lot to do, but some further progress has been made.  In particular:
 
-- Reorganized material to improve the flow
-- Added a "simple to complex" introduction to the Core Concepts section
-- Identified some further issues for discussion (which will be posted to the list soon)
 
Attached is the new draft, and updated diagrams.
 
(Apologies for not getting the draft into XML but I was unable to gain access to CVS.)
