Hi Peter, It sounds like Morae by Techsmith is the program for you. It broadcasts and records screen mouse movements and the respondent's facial expressions (via your webcam). It comes with remote viewing software as well - you type in the IP address of the computer you're testing on, which I guess means your observation room can be anywhere, although I've only ever done it in the same building.
