hey all,I just reviewed "selling usability" by John Rhodes (remember Webword?) here: http://poorbuthappy.com/ease/archives/2009/03/29/4502/review-of-selling-usability-user-experience-infiltration-tactics John's too shy to promote this I think, but it's fucking awesome! It's almost at the level of "Don't make me think", in my opinion the best book about usability ever. So everyone: order this today. Here's the Amazon page: http://www.amazon.com/Selling-Usability-Experience-Infiltration-Tactics/dp/1442103736 Seriously, buy this for everyone who works in your UX group today.
