I am currently recruiting for a Metadata & Information Architect outside
Boston, MA.   This position heavily focuses on metadata with a small
portion of information architect and web design work.  We are searching
for candidates that have a Bachelor's degree and six years of related
experience.  Candidate must have a working knowledge of metadata
standards such as Dublin Core, MARC and EAD.  Candidates should have
experience developing and managing metadata schemas, topical and/or
business taxonomies and controlled vocabularies and then integrating
them into enterprise systems.  Information Architecture and
user-centered design techniques experience required. 

 

Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and be eligible for a secret
