The Company: Location: NY, NY Independent, award-winning full-service digital marketing agency with expertise in all facets of digital marketing: web development, content creation, online media, and search engine marketing. Their client list includes mostly Fortune 500 companies, and their industry experience spans the gamut - including healthcare, education, non-profit, entertainment, government, and travel. The Role: Full time Information Architect who will work on two large B2B pharmaceutical website projects, requiring the integration of office systems intranet, extranet, scheduling appts., out of the box social media and heavy interactivity for their sites. This person is a key member of the User Experience team responsible, and is responsible for the interaction design, organization of information for experiential marketing solutions. A collaborative nature is vital for interacting with other disciplines within UX, executing all information architecture deliverables and user-centered design processes. Responsibilities: . Develop and deliver logical information models, user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, nomenclature documents, content mapping, and navigation schemes for new and existing websites . Heuristic reviews or evaluations (IA portion) . Concept generation and modeling . Assist in planning and development of usability testing . Assist in translating complex business requirements, user requirements and specifications . Work collaboratively with other members of UX team to create compelling user experiences . Well versed in interaction design thinking and execution . Collaborate with Visual Design and Content to come up with holistic solutions Requirements: . A minimum of 4 years relevant experience at a large agency, or big brand . Fluency in the principles of user-centered design methods, information architecture, usability, interface and interaction design . A Bachelors degree in a related field: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Graphic Design; Communications, Library Science, Industrial Design, Technical Communications, English, History, Anthropology, is required. . Proficient in Visio and Microsoft Office . Experience in organizing large websites (1000+ pages) . Experience in developing web-enabled business applications . Familiarity with successful Internet business models . Ability to translate usability test data into customer recommendations . Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment . Ability to communicate with and manage client executives . Strong time management, communicative, and interpersonal skills . Experience with usability testing . Must have been in a client-facing role and have project experience in working with teams on large scale, long-term projects . Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills . Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills . Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously . Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams .
