I think this has less to do with Dominic, and more to do with the  
sweat shop task master slave driving d*%khead that is your employer.  
Perhaps you might rethink your career aspirations, goals, and inner  
self if there might be a more humane form of gainful employment that  
doesn't involve you being a b*tch for "the Man."

If you lack the testicular fortitude to confront this A**monkey of a  
boss, I would be more than happy to give him a ring and a piece of my  
mind.
