Position: Senior UI Architect/Developer 
Location: New York City 
Relocation: Possible for a superb-match candidate

Front-office credit risk technology group is initiating original
development of CVA Trader Risk Management System for CVA trading desk
and CVA strategists. Highly motivated, client user interface architect
will take part in the original design and development of the trading
workstation, traders primary tool for viewing and managing risk. The
candidate will lead GUI development efforts, establish and promote best
software development practices, develop the key application components
and mentor other user interface developers.

Required Skills: 

The ideal candidate would possess 7+ years proven design and
implementation experience delivering Client User Interfaces for OTC
Derivative Trading and Risk Management systems within a distributed,
service-based enterprise environment. Seeking a leader with deep
understanding of Windows Client Architecture, a demonstrable flair for
interface design, and previous development leadership experience
resulting in the delivery of flexible, extendible enterprise trading
applications. Technical skills will include senior, hands-on development
experience employing C#, .NET, WinForms, CAB, SOAP and XML. Excellent
inter-personal skills and ability to work directly with end-users. BS/MS
in Computer Science or equivalent required.

Desired Skills: 

Server development in Java. OLAP, SQL and Reporting framework.
Experience with dynamic languages such as Python and Perl. Experience
with LINQ, WPF, WCF.
