Are you a DC area Librarian or Records Manager with a strong IT
background?

 

We are currently recruiting for a User Administrator role that works in
conjunction with the Knowledge and Information Management team of a well
known biotechnology company.  This position's main responsibility will
be to assist the KIM team with the rollout of a new KM program.
Additional duties will include:  managing creation of new accounts,
monitoring permissions, and acting on the team as a resolver of
configuration issues.  Useful attributes include:  understanding of
taxonomies and/or document management systems, experience with technical
training, as well as Documentum familiarity (eRoom background a big
plus).  Strong customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to
work efficiently on a team of other professionals, and a passion for the
work you do in the field!  This is a long term contract opportunity
offering a competitive salary, with the opportunity for the position to
go permanent for the right candidate!  Position is in Suburban Maryland
