[Sigia-l] What do you do with all the videos?

This is just a housekeeping question really:

When (or if) you make videos of user research sessions, how do you
manage them afterwards? 

I assume that in most cases you have observed or facilitated the
sessions yourself, and may watch the playbacks if you have time. Perhaps
you might want to make poignant clips of people failing to realise that
they could click on the "Buy This" button. But there could be all sorts
of reasons to retain those gigabytes, not least showing other people the
sessions without making them mess with DVDs or funny codecs.

So right now, I'm attempting to create a user research video library
made out of nothing more than an ffmpeg transcoding script to handle the
(often extremely badly encoded) output of things like Morae so that it
can be shown in a Flash video player, while hand-crafting a front end
that looks like the bastard child of YouTube and useit.com. It sort of
does the job, but I can imagine so much more (on-demand clips or
tagging, for example).

I've had a brief look at things like www.pandastream.com and
www.mediamosa.org, but what do other people use?
