Xperience Interactive is looking for a Jr. to Mid-level IA/UX hero. We're a startup so the pay is not phenomenal ($40 - $50/hr), but you'll have flexibility and of course more fun than you would have in a cubicle! If you're looking to stretch your wings, you'll have the opportunity. You'll be working with me and I'd like to think I've learned something over the past 15 years doing user experience design that I can share with you to help you in your career. Here's what we're looking for: 1) Passion for UX. Yeah, we want you to be excited about it. We are. 2) Some experience. Be able to show some deliverables from a project. Send the usual suspects (PDFs are fine). If you're not sure what they are, then you might be too junior for this. 3) Technical writing sample. Show a part of a functional spec. you helped author 4) Need you to be somewhat local. We're in Santa Monica, CA and would need you in the office 3 days a week 5) Bonus: Experience with developing UX for Enterprise/Intranet environments is big plus, but not required 6) Extra Bonus: Experience working with/for interactive agencies also a plus, but not required 7)Extra Extra Bonus: Omnigraffle is your choice for wireframe development. If not, please convince me why it isn't. This has the opportunity to turn into a full time position as well. You can check us out here: http://xperienceinteractive.com If interested, please reply to the address below and not my gmail account: [email protected] Hope to hear from you.
