This survey will engage managers and directors in the following areas: - Library and information management - Vendor portfolio management - Knowledge management - Records management - Competitive intelligence Participants from corporate, non-profit, government, education, healthcare and public libraries are invited to participate. Key benchmark questions will be covered in the following areas: Organization, Reporting; Budgets; Staffing; Users; Services; Vendor Portfolio Management; Strategic Management and Metrics.
