Lead User Experience Architect required for an independent arm of one of NMA
top interactive agency. 

 

You will play an important role in expanding and growing the UX team, you
will also mentor, manage and lead a small UX team. 

 

Very hands on role implementing whole UX lifecycle, driving UX forward,
contributing to pitches, managing clients, leading projects and getting
involved in the strategy behind certain projects. 

 

Working across a wide range of multi platforms, you will gain the
opportunity to work on leading edge VOD platforms, massive web builds and
redesigns through to new and innovative mobile projects. If you have an
amazing idea they can develop it 

 

Must be passionate about what you do and passionate about creating all round
great customer experiences for both the user and the client. You will be
working at the heart of businesses and their customers so it is important
you have a great commercial awareness.

 

You will be a proven IA who is either looking to take the next step up the
ladder or a senior IA looking for a great opportunity to really further
their career. Vital you have agency experience and have a portfolio brimming
with great UX deliverables (wireframes, sitemaps, personas etc.) 

 

Location; Central London

 

Salary; £55,000-£65,000 (Depending on Experience)
