Has it moved online? Has twitter taken it's place? Is it part of the natural cycle? Did Ziya die, thus contributing to the death of "there's always someone who will argue with you"-ness on the list? For a long time I assume SIGIA traffic was getting caught in my spam filter, but I don't think it ever was. If I had to guess, I suspect a lot of people have moved their non-private email discussions to Twitter.
