first class mid weight usability, user research specialist. 

 

My client offers multiple services from analytics, usability, and
accessibility to behavioural marketing. Specialises in increasing a
websites, clients  online conversion rate. This is an agency who really
prides itself in its understanding of online behaviour and their clients
businesses and users.

 

You will have between 1-3 years experience in the area of
usability/research.  Very important you have projects you can talk about,
documentation you can show. Involved in all areas of research from 1 to 1
user testing sessions, moderation of usability testing sessions, focus
groups, ethnographical, heuristic evaluations to name just a few. You will
be required to write up reports and present findings back to key
stakeholders and clients.

 

This is a company where research really influences design. 

 

Currently moving into more blue sky research, looking for people who can run
with projects and also bring new ideas to the table. Real opportunity to
influence the UX team.

 

Very important you are passionate about research and UX as a whole. You are
a great communicator, have excellent team working skills and an all round
people person.
