[Sigia-l] Lead UX Researcher - £45,000 - In-Ho use Client Side - International Role

This opportunity is working with one of Europe’s leading UX Research
Agencies. They offer clients from the consumer goods and pharmaceuticals
industry, retail, media and service sector a comprehensive range of
information and consulting services. This particular sector specialises in
operational and strategic marketing issues relating to virtually every
industrial sector and market.

 

You will report directly into the Head of User Experience, within a team of
35 UX consultants who work within units across 3 locations in Europe. 

You will carry out RITE – user testing and  you would aim to conduct expert
reviews and consultancy whenever possible if testing is not necessary or
sufficient.

 

Qualitative research skills are essential however experience with
quantitative and ethnographic research is a bonus for this client.

Since you will be working in-house, you will give the client recommendations
on the approach and budget of the project in order to make the project
successful. You will not be pitching, although a consultative approach will
be required.

 

The work style is mainly collaborative, and when conducting RITE-testing you
will be working directly with a designer. 

This role will evolve other time because you will be given the freedom to
assist in defining the initial concept within the discovery phase of the
project which you feel will make the project more successful. 

 

You will also write and carry out briefings, calculate budgets and delegate
co-workers and moderators. 

 

Ideally you will have a background conducting research within e-commerce
projects. You will be expected to conduct diary studies, moderation of focus
groups and UX consulting. 

This role will require working in a fast paced environment and will involve
travel, so it is not for the faint hearted.

 

Salary - £45,000
