Calling, Lead User Experience Architects! I am looking for a Lead User Experience Architect to work within an agency environment. Based in Mayfair, this role will involve planning and scoping activities for complex multi-stream projects. You will be integral to pitch preparations, and involved in presenting to stakeholders and writing proposal documents. This opportunity is intellectually stimulating because you will work closely with clients to define their requirements, from planning, running workshops, documenting output and writing strategic documents. You will also be engaged in the hands on element too. You will produce IA documentation (which is more creative and visually orientated than more technical documentation) including Axure hi-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user journeys, sitemaps and heuristic reports. You will think from an analytical perspective about customer satisfaction. This includes assessing performance by measuring customer response, ensuring any piece of content of functionality developed meets the highest standards of usability, and thinking deeply about what platforms are strategically advantageous for the client to generate the best customer response. On the other hand, you must be highly creative. Placing User-centric principles at the heart of your design concepts, you will create engaging experiences for users producing user types/scenarios, IA, navigation systems, user journeys and wireframes. In terms of the actual product, the agency is essentially an independent UX arm of a company that is a global provider of end-to-end video management software and services. The business has a cloud-based video asset management system, which enables media & entertainment, network operator, and non-media enterprise clients to produce, manager and to deliver live and on-demand, socially-enabled video screens from any source to any screen. There are huge opportunities to also sell-in the benefits of UX within a project, of which you will develop the digital experience strategy from pitch to delivery. The agency is currently a small UX team however they have ambitious plans to grow the UX offering. You will essentially contribute to the growth of the business model. In terms of the working practices, the world is your oyster in terms of building creative solutions for the client. There is an army of technical and site development gurus to assist in building those design concepts into workable applications.
