Head of Research/ Central London/ £65k+bonusses

If you’re looking for a Head of Research position, one where you’ll be
responsible for taking their current successful research offering to the
next exceptional level then read on.

This is an extremely exciting role as you will completely own the research
offering, growing and expanding their current UX Research team of 6, adding
new research techniques,  heading, leading research projects for some major
blue chip clients too ultimately managing, mentoring and effectively
improving the productivity and performance of the research team.

My client is a rapidly growing consultancy, very successful in new business,
currently around 20 people, non hierarchical, very collaborative environment
and an extremely friendly place to work. Exciting opportunity for you to
really make a noticeable difference in the company, you will be sitting on
the senior management team and therefore have an active say on where the
business goes.

Clients research is now more design focussed, important you can see the more
commercial picture and work closely with other teams around you from
strategy to user experience. 

You will be responsible for owning the research, scoping the project,
briefing the team, quality checking and developing the relationship with the
client. Important you are experienced in both qualitative and quantitative
research techniques, if you are stronger in one over the other than that is
fine. 

This is a very client facing role, so vital you are comfortable and
confident in front of clients. Important you call really sell them the true
value of the research whilst gaining a detailed understanding of their
business. 

Recent big projects have included a huge global market survey around mobile
behaviour, looking into data, offering depth interviews creating personas
and reporting back to the client a strategic overview of what their
customers are looking for within mobile. 

Salary; £65k + bonuses 

Location; Central London (very commutable location)
