[Sigia-l] User Experience Consultant-Research/Lond on/£40k-£50k

User Experience consultancy requires a User Researcher/User Experience
Consultant on a permanent basis. 

 

This truly is a unique opportunity to get involved in the whole UX, research
lifecycle. You will completely own, lead projects  for a variety of
companies from global financial banks to leading hi street retailers. You
will be the client’s first port of call, running all client relationships
and actively getting involved in strategic business decisions.

 

You will be working within a team of 5, 3 permanent and 2 freelance UX
consultants. You will be required to mentor and help develop the 2 more
junior members of staff. 

 

If you’re a mid weight either on the cusp of becoming a senior or an
ambitious mid weight who feels ready to get stuck in to a role with lots of
responsibilities.  

 

Your work will be very varied, with a mixture of qualitative and
quantitative research methodologies. Currently developing their computer
game testing, through eye tracking and emotion testing. You will also get
involved in leading training workshops be it for UX or mobile UX courses.
Happy to help develop you in this. 

 

If you are particular interested in a research methodology or really see a
business opportunity then happy for you to run with it as long as it makes
clear business sense. 

 

In return my client is happy to offer you competitive salary from £40k-£50k.
A generous commission structure for any leads you generate, an annual
training budget to attend courses and conferences, 28 days holidays and a
flexible work to life balance if that suits you.
