Hi,

Xperience Interactive,  a digital agency specializing in UX with clients
such as Activision, Sony, and Blue Cross Blue Shield  is looking to hire a
passionate UX Pro for our Santa Monica office.

We're looking for a self starter who can hit the ground running
leading client engagements.

Unlike other digital agencies where UX often takes a back seat, Xi was
founded by a user experience professional and all engagements lead with UX.

If you're passionate about creating beautiful and elegant digital
experiences then we would love to hear from you.

If you're looking for autonomy to do UX your way then we would love to hear
from you.

Here's a couple other things we're looking for, but these are not set in
stone.

- Experience working for a digital agency in a position as an
IA, UX designer, or similar role
- Portfolio of sample deliverables from recent projects
- Experience leading UX engagements
-Experience developing Mobile UX
- Able to work from our sunny Santa Monica, CA office

COMPENSATION
- Dependent on experience plus bonus
