Wells Fargo's Team Member Portal group is looking for an experienced UX Designer with a background in user experience research to work as part of an internal user experience team that will deliver and evolve the primary corporate portal (intranet), Teamworks, and associated internal web properties (internal social, collaboration and search).

You will serve as the source of knowledge about team member insights and requirements, provide user research support, interaction design support, and usability guidance for Teamworks. As part of the user experience team, you will have opportunity to grow the Teamworks user research and usability practice. Some of your responsibilities will include generating user personas and use scenarios. You will plan, design observe & analyze user studies and usability testing. You will conduct heuristic evaluations, and help define project approach and user experience strategy. There will also be opportunity to set conceptual design & suggest product direction based on user research. You will partner with the Team Member Portal UX Manager to determine best practices for user research, accessibility, a
 nd usability for features and key capabilities that will be introduced to Teamworks.

You will participate in requirements gathering, development and planning and must have experience translating business requirements into intuitive application interface solutions. You will attend meetings with project teams, provide feedback on business requirements, present user research, user analysis, and interface design deliverables and communicate UX best practices to project stakeholders; all in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
