Ah yes, years ago when affordablehost.com copied my files from one
machine to another, it left those WSFTP.LOG or whatever doodoos in
each directory.  Yes, my local copy never had them. And indeed by now
they might not for sure be in every directory, and of course I dare
not to ask the Help Desk to remove them lest they bumble that too.

And who knows, if I remove them on the remote unless also removing the
directory, my whole website might crumble too, like my .htaccess experiment.
