I updated sftp patch for release 0.14.3.

  I noticed just small changes...

"sitecopy-0.14./sitecopy.spec" seems to be disappeared.

"make clean" executes "rm -f remove-potcdate.sed",
but tar ball contains "sitecopy-0.14.3/po/remove-potcdate.sed".
