IIRC weex does a remote-directory-list each time you go to "update" the
remote site; sitecopy doesn't do that so there is no direct equivalent.

But what you're probably looking for is "exclude", which will exclude 
particular files or directories from being uploaded to the remote site:

  exclude *.txt
  exclude /some/directory/name
