Yes; but if only the permissions have changed, sitecopy will not upload
the files over again, it'll just set the new permissions remotely.

You might find the "sitecopy --dry-run --update yoursite" mode useful;
it will show you the exact output of a --update without actually
performing the operation; more detail than just "sitecopy yoursite".
