Bugreport: delete broken files

Hello Joe,

I just discovered a little bug (I think it is one):
When I am uploading a file (sitecopy --update xxx)
and break it whith CTRL-c
and when this broken file is the only one in this directory,
then deleting this file locally
and also deleting this directory locally
and starting sitecopy again with --update xxx
the following happens:
Sitecopy tries to delete this directory on the server but it fails 
because sitecopy forgot to delete the broken file before trying to 
delete this directory (dir is not empty).

Workaround: connect manually and delete the broken file in the directory 
on the server. After that sitecopy runs perfectly again.
