flatlist mode and ignored files

Hello Joe,

It seems there is a bug in the flatlist mode command.

I have a file ignored (ignore filename.ext) in the site settings.
'sitecopy -l' correctly shows these files in the square brackets and shows site
status like "The remote site does not need updating". It's OK.
But 'sitecopy -ll' command for some reason outputs:

sitestart|sitename
siteend|changed

I tried to delete this file and it's description from .sitecopy/sitename
After this all is working correctly:

sitestart|sitename
siteend|unchanged
