sitecopyrc file problems in win32 non-cygwin installation

Hi.

I'm getting the following error on running sitecopy.
I've installed the sitecopy from the following location
http://www.lyra.org/sitecopy/cygwin/files/sitecopy-0.13.4-cygwin-setup.exe
Its installed on win xp sp2. No cygwin environment.

My .sitecopyrc file is as follows
----------------
site mysite
   server my.server.com
   url http://www.server.com/fred
   username fred
   password juniper
   local /cygdrive/e/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs/
   remote /www/fred/
------------------------------
The other details have been aliased ;-)
I'm getting error at line 6

sitecopy: rcfile corrupt at line 6:
   local /cygdrive/e/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs/

Please let me know where I'm going wrong.
