Re: release 0.16.0

Creating an RPM from the spec file failed, but compiling from source and using 
checkinstall worked.  I think that it has to do with the X version (that is 
where the failure was.)  From source, it wasn't compiled.  It doesn't work 
under my system anyway -I think because I run KDE.
