No-transfer timeout problem

Hello,

First of all thanks for sitecopy, it is a great tool that makes my
work easier.

I have a small problem when I try to synchronize my web application
(about 500 files) with one of FTP servers. When I try to fetch changes
(sitecopy -f) I hit the ,,no-transfer timeout'' of the server:

< 421 No Transfer Timeout (300 seconds): closing control connection.

It looks like fetchning file timestamps by sitecopy is not counted as
data transfer by the server, and the connection is closed.

The server is ProFtpd and the ,,TimeoutNoTranfer'' option is
responsible for this, but of course I can't ask every FTP admin to
turn it off just for me...

Do you see any solution for this problem?
