compilation of sitecopy for OS/2

Hi,

I just want to inform you that 0.16.1 version of sitecopy
compiles fine on OS/2. I've uploaded the binary to hobbes.nmsu.edu

Only thing that was a little bit strange was that configure did not
find ar which on OS/2 is ar.exe and should be found in the PATH.

Normally I have

AR=ar

in config.site

but I had to use the full path to make configure happy:

AR=g:/dev/335rc1/usr/bin/ar.exe

After this it was just

configure
make
make install
