howto: ftp over ssh ?

hello all,
recently, my ISP has enabeled file up/download via ftp over ssh with
auth-mode  tls.
of course, the description on how to do this, is windoze only :)

now, I managed to get this to work with kasablanca
(http://developer.berlios.de/projects/kasablanca/) too, but I would prefer
to be able to access the server with sitecopy - is there any docu on how
to do this ?
