Directory permissions...

Hi,
I currently use sitesopy with sftp. It seems that directory
permissions aren't well propagated. I can't get the 'other'
permission with 0
On my localhost when I cretate a directory with drwxr-xr-x
On the remote server I get, drwxr-sr-x
The setgid bit is volontary, because my html root on the remote
server is setgid www-data. But I would have prefered the other bits
stayed null to restrict the access.
It works perfectly with files... But not with directories.
Why doesn't sitecopy propagate all the permission as it do with files?
Isn't it a bug due to the special option 'permission exec'? Unless
sitecopy doesn't do directory permissions at all...
Thanks,
JF
