slow connection problems

Hi Joe,

I'm using dialup Internet connection.
There are some problems when I run sitecopy in update mode while connection is
buzy or frozen.

I ran 'sitecopy -u testsite' and after timeout I got:

sitecopy: Updating site `testsite' (on ftp.server.com in /htdocs/)
      4 [main] sitecopy 2208 handle_exceptions: Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
    617 [main] sitecopy 2208 open_stackdumpfile: Dumping stack trace to sitecopy.exe.stackdump

After this I've found out that .sitecopy/testsite file size became null!
