Could not connect to server (192.168.1.10 port 21)

Hi,

All of a sudden sitecopy stopped working giving me the
error:
sitecopy: Error: Could not connect to server
(192.168.1.10 port 21)
Even when I use it with debug option like:
sitecopy  --debug=ftp --logfile=sitecopylog.file
--update MySite

in the logfile it just writes: Opening socket to port
21
I have no problems opening my 192.168.1.10 server on
port 21 using FTP program.

I wonder what could be wrong with sitecopy?
