Directory Permissions

In the sitecopy manual, it says
        To handle permissions directories, the key:
          permissions dir
        may be used in addition to a permissions key of either exec or local.

To me, this implies that "permissions all" should set directory
permissions.  However, I find that I need to set "permissions dir" in
addition to "permissions all" in order for sitecopy to set remote
directory permissions.

Not sure if this is a bug or just my own misunderstanding of the manual,
but thought I'd pass it on...
