Dear list, I'm trying to setup sitecopy. What I want ist to get a local copy from a webserver "www.bob.de" to my local Linux Client. I don't want to send updates to the server - I want to get them;) sitecopryrc =========== site bob server www.bob.de username ******* password ******* local /home/ralph/bobbackup/mirror remote ~/ state timesize To let my local Client get the updates from the server I'm calling on *every* sync: sitecopy --fetch bob sitecopy --synchronize bob Result: 1) New files from www.bob.de will be downloaded to my local client :) 2) Files hat have been deleted on www.bob.de will be deleted on my local client :) 3) Changes of existing files (Date, Size, Contents) on www.bob.de won't be synchronized. :( 1) and 2) are finde - that's what I want. But I can't get 3) to work. If the timestamp or the size of a file on the www.bob.de has been changed, this file won't be downloaded again. I'm using: sitecopy 0.11.4 Debian Sarge stable Regards & have a nice day.
