I applied a patch I found from the mailing list and now it works:
Message-ID: <[email protected]>.

The idea is that I KNOW the service is trusted, so there is no need to check
anything else btu that the cert exists and is there.

Now to another problem:

When I try to sync my 
    local:/path/to/repository 
under
    remote:/path/to/new/repository 
sitecopy fails because the remote directory does not exist.

It could be an option to have a flag to force the creation of the missing
directory, so that we can start copying stuff without having to manually add
new things...
