Improvements : remote-exclude & subdir

I use this sitecopy for my site(s) and I'm very satisfied. 
Thanks for your kind work. 
 
After using it for a while, I see two improvements that could 
make it even better : 
    
    o Remote-exclude : As for exlude patterns, this could be great to have a mean 
      to exclude remote files on the server, for files we don't want do delete / download. 
      Typically, my provider creates many stat files on the remote server that are usefull, 
      but for which I don't need syncing at all.

    o Subdir :
      I have set up a "rc" file for each of my site, and I don't want to alter them.
      Sometimes though, I want to update just a part of my site : a sub folder.
      This would be great to be able to specify a "subdir" parameter in the command line,
      for doing this without changing the root dirs in the "rc" file.
