sftp fails

Hi Folks,

I'm having trouble connecting to a windows web server via sftp 
mode through sitecopy, but I can establish a manual sftp 
connection.

In sitecopy, I am asked for my password as usual, but after I 
enter the password, it hangs.  Manually, after entering my 
password, I get an sftp session.

Any ideas what could be going on here?
