Two users updating website?

Hi folks,

We have a single local copy of the website on our workstation, which  
is synced to the remote FTP site using sitecopy (as of today!)

But two users can make updates to the local copy (though not at the  
same time).  It would be advantageous if both users could run a  
sitecopy update after they've made changes, but the man page says the  
rc files can't be shared.

Any good solutions?  We're both admin users, so maybe a script which  
copies the .sitecopy directory around?

sitecopy under cygwin under Windows XP.
