Using common sitemesh decorators for all web apps

Hi Scott, This thread looks like it could be tremendously useful to us. We have stuiggled for a long time to create a shared look & feel across different web-apps without copying at build time. However, could you clarify what you mean when you say: 'put the sitemesh jar in a common lib directory that both web applications can access' In Weblogic we can put jars in WEB-INF/lib, the ear, or the system classpath. As WEB-INF/lib is not common, do you mean the ear or system classpath? are these the only alternatives?
