defining sitemesh.xml location as filter init-param

Hi,

i ve made some small changes so that you can configure the location of 
sitemesh.xml with a Filter init-param. DefaultFactory tries to read in 
the init-param and falls back to default definition if its not found in 
web.xml

Is there some interest in this? If yes, i would send the two changed 
sources (DefaultFactory + Config) to the list or to someone else.

I found it a little bit too unconvenient to replace the whole Factory 
just because of that little feature, so i think this is a good fit for 
DefaultFactory.
