  also - are there any plans to integrate the below solution directly into
sitemesh? velocity definately needs the functionality that the
"applyDecorator" jsp tag provides.

  are you trying to access that variable inside one of the decorators? 

  if so, i believe you need this solution:

  you should be able to replace spring's dispatcher servlet w/ the one for
velocity and i believe everything should be good to go.

Hello,

i finally choosen to implement 2 servlets :
one for classic *.vm templates
the second for velocity decorators *.svm

i just want to know how to have i18n messages into my velocity decorators ?
${action.getText('my.i18n.message')}  is not recognized

Can someone help me please ?
