Having difficultly getting started with sitemesh & spring mvc

Thanks, might be worth a look, eventually got thing running this end. But now I'm scratching my head over the behaviour of SimpleFormControllers and SiteMesh. We've got forms that have differencing formview and successview properties.. but Sitemesh only wants to render the formview as the url after submittal dosn't change. In this case its a search field and returns a view with the searchfield & results so redirecting the successview from the controller dosnt help as spring tries to pass several hundred search results as a url parameter. 

Different views but the same url??
